Terms & Conditions

1. All runner’s registered are eligible for prize money meeting the entry age criteria
2. For the top 3 finishers, there are no age brackets, whosoever covers the complete. race course and crosses the finish line, he/she will be awarded the cash prize.
3. For the podium winners, gross timing (GUN TIME) is considered for prize money, hence the potential winners should line up in the front at the start line.
4. Ranks/Position declarations are based on Provisional Timing, & may change post-due diligence (in each race category).
5. Prize money will be disbursed only via cheque or bank account transfer.
6. Prize money and bonus winnings are subject to applicable Indian Income Tax rules, and the same would be borne by the winner.
7. In addition to the above, entitlement to finish positions and prize money winnings are also subject to –
    1. Runners starting the run after 15 minutes of the start time are not considered for the award
    2. Bib tag timing captured across all timing points on the course, including at the start and finish mats.
8. Physical verification by technical officials and anti-cheat cameras
9. Athletes found to have interchanged their running number bib and/or bib tag with others, will be disqualified from the competition. Such athletes shall not be entitled to any timing or prize money (where applicable).
10. The Race Technical Officials decision is final on the finisher rankings and prize winners
11. All the rules are subject to change anytime as decided by the organizers.
12. Awards/Prize money disbursal after 21 days from the event date.
13. Indian national winners must submit a govt ID card & PAN card for the release of prize money.
14. International Participants must submit the required documents if in case he or she wins a prize money
